Post lies in a compound right next to a mast for telecoms I expect. The mast uses the Orlit as a secure storage for electrics on site and not the post itself.
Post seems to have been semi-looked after externally, with a new coat of paint. Internally though it is a completely different story. Horrible flooded hell-hole springs to mind
