Visited this one with the bearded bastard A.K.A Mr Beardy.
Can't seem to find any history on the place other than the fact that it is currently a bank. Having said that, I've not looked hard, but I don't intend to either. It's a nice chilled rooftop that gives you a pretty good vantage point over this end of town. Some interesting architecture surrounding the building so you're never bored of looking around if you're into that stuff.
