Not much history on this place but from general knowledge and observation it was originally a electrical company and some time later it became Malick cars which it was till it closed in 90's. Another place i visited in my younger exploring years when it was in its full potential before it was bricked up between buildings, this building has been derelict nearly 20 years and apart from the empty beer barrels and a pub seats leading me to believe the pub next to it own it and in one of the photos it looks like a big row of seats has been made as if it was going to be a pub/club also its had new roofing and some drainage done too but looks like thats all they did, it must have been a few years ago when the work was carried out by the look of the pigeon crap on it it was pigeon central here lol
