It's not deteriated much really, they have actively stripped floor coverings, radiators etc ready for renovation.
There is some water ingress led to a bit of ceiling collapse in main hall but it's relatively minor & should b easily repaired

Thanks God for that, the water next to the bookcases is very worrying, but hopefully they have it all under control then.

Yeah suprisingly the ceiling is still holding in that room, think it must n the skylight leaking.
Iv heard the main ballroom is all being torn apart anyway
