Yeah he can be difficult to get hold of. As he has to make sure the owner John doesn't see him letting anyone in. So mostly its odd times he let's you in.
If u r down this way then its worth a trip to see. Their is a lot of staged stuff as the ghost hunters play with!
But seeing the place is cool

Them ghosts have a lot to answer for!!! Certainly making someone very rich

Went to have a look at this place, seemed quiet until we came across the dogs! Hadn’t seen it on here and through the warning signs weren’t real!
looks like it would be a cool explore though

Managed to get a very good look at the inside of this place the other day, without getting caught by the dogs

Dogs must’ve been out for a walk!

They where there, they started barking eventually but they never actually got close to us

#The Kwan, the guy who owns it now is keeping hold of Newsham Hospital as he charges between £1000 & £2000 each night for ghost hunts! Not bad hey for just having a building! Big bucks

Hi do you know how to contact the owner to arrange booking a night? Did a ghost hunt there last night but would love to do one on our own
