Cheers for the reply out of curiousity how long was the stack on the second image? Heading out soon to do some trails but never done em before

I will hazard a guess. It looks like about 20 minutes worth of trails to me. Excellent pictures by the way.

It's about 35-40 minutes. The stars trails are shorter than they would be due to using my 17mm wide and shooting into polaris.
