Question - Nikon d3500

So over the last few years I've been using this camera and in all honesty I have loved it but coming onto 5 years of having it I feel like an upgrade from a kit lense is needed, does anyone have any tips on how kr where to look? Ideally second hand as don't have 100s to spare.

I’ve bought online from both LCE and Chiswick camera centre several times in the last few years and been very happy everytime -

A good selection of used gear on both that is checked and usually tested. I hope that helps.

Wex and MPB are both really good sites for pre-owned lenses, cameras and so on.
Can easily pick up a few bits for the price of a new lense or body.

Tbh as long as it looks sound then eBay and gumtree can be a decent place for lenses. A brilliant lens to upgrade to is the Nikon AF-P 10-20mm. It's very small and light for a wide angle and pretty cheap too.

Ayy i live next to there, great place for camera equipment though and I defo reccomend chiswick camera centre.
