Professor Fink has comprehensively covered the history of Nutbourne Brickworks in his report here so I won’t bore you with the details again but I did, however, manage to find out that Millgate Homes purchased the site in 2000 with the intention of redevelopment for residential purposes….
It was a very quiet explore with the occasional noise from wildlife and the creaking of a building, which is quite literally on its knees…
