Is anything actually happening with this site, it seems to have been just a core pretty much for well over a year now

They couldn't get permission to build their own newly designed building, so they've had to keep the design and retain some of the old building, the core, and spend a long time refurbing it and rebuilding their own floors.
It's got 2 floors that've been half built and a basement at the moment. That's about all for now.
