Always liked the fancy gateway at the end of the Broadway onto the other part of the site - think that side is well and truly flat these days?

There used to be a banging sandwich van just a bit further up the road from here.

Yes, that bit off Broadway was the main part of the gasworks, nothing left now.

There are some traces of Partington railway station left (one platform, two underpasses) - some people like this sort of thing.

Crazy if its that easy as part has live gas pumping facility. with terrorism & everything u would of thought it would be tight as a drum

Plenty of security around the live bit - they probably don't bother with the rest as there's nothing to secure.

Not uninteresting at all. Some remnants with good narration. Lots of different areas to see. Im am surprised by the lack of graff though. Good report.

I’m pretty sure thats what Optare used at one point as there repair centre

Building C looked like it could have been a bus depot, although it has the name of a services company (fulcrum) in a couple of places.

Yeah it was only temporary some dump old shed on that site i think.
