We were driving along the main road of a small Bulgarian town when we saw a building on the right that looked abandoned.
We turned around and took the side street. Since there were a lot of people on the street we had to wait a bit. The small fence was quickly overcome and we went through the bushes to the entrance door. We entered through a broken window. It was a small power station.
Unfortunately, nothing about this place can be found on the internet. However, we found nameplates for VEB Apollowerk and VEB Kompressorenbau Bannewitz. These showed that they were built in 1954 or 1958. It was a really nice location for a chance find.
