History - Original built in the early 1800's as a dye works it was converted into a paper mill by Charles Turner & Co in the mid 19th century. It was sold to Canadian company Kruger after 150 years of operation to be used as a tissue factory. It eventually closed in 2007 after almost 200 years of industry on this site.
Explore - We've wanted to check this out for a while, access was relatively straightforward, no sign of any security just a big fence to deal with. The site is massive and took us a good couple of hours to get round. Lot's of good decay and leftover industrial equipment. All in all a good explore.
