Visited with Palace Fan and 12Monkeys

Had a look at tonights main target but again it was a no go so went to have a look at this one. It was good to get back up the cranes and this one had been on the list for a while but to be honest the wind was upsetting most of the photos.

There were a few good views to be had ot Pimlico and Battersea Power Station but the crane was moving way too much to get any decent shots.

Getting into the site wasn't that hard, but rather death defying.

The crane (85m) had a very high second set of hoarding around its base, and a PIR pointing directly at the locked entrance to it. Anway, with a little innovation, we bypassed the hoarding, and the PIR. The site owners were obviously expecting a visit!!

As Tank said, the weather men got it badly wrong, or that was the strongest 7mph wind I have ever felt! The crane was swaying enough to ruin most of the landscape images, so mostly crane stuff for me also.
