Hi All,
If anyone else on here is also from Stevenage then you will know about the regeneration that’s happening in the town centre as some buildings are being demolished and rebuilt and one of them being Swingate House in Stevenage, I have done a bit of volunteering for a charity organisation located on the Ground Floor of Swingate House which lasted for at least 8 weeks.
Here is some photos from the 5th Floor of Swingate House on the 05/08/2019 with views over looking Stevenage, Swingate House was estimated to be built between 1956 and 1962 and by March 2020 the whole building had become abandoned and completely empty and is scheduled to be demolished later in 2020 or in 2021.
