With regards to St Georges - they're keeping a fair portion - not just admin. Also being retained is the original male and female wards either side of the main entrance building, the chapel, the tower and also another rear admin building :)

Interesting, when I went in March there was barely anything other than admin left

Severalls in colchester, all buildings that are going have been demolished, people have already moved in on the site in new homes. also runwell, the water tower has been demolished too.

Unfortunately whittingham asylum in Lancashire is now flattened and new housing estate being built on there, it pains me to say i know this is 100 percent because I removed the rubble

I've been told that demolition is now fully underway at Harperbury, a friend went last Friday and 1-7 have been knocked down unfortunately. Can anyone clarify this - just made an account to say this as we wanted to have a look around at some point.
