It's on an extremely busy road in West London, its never 'quiet' there, just differing stages of busy. Go early and then time the climb over the hoarding right. That's pretty much all there is to it.

Had a little reccy of this place and I see what people mean about the busyness Didn't actually explore it as the weather was pretty baltic and couldn't get a good enough gap in the traffic/footfall, but will come back when I can actually feel my fingers and toes

It looks like it most definitely is but just arrived a little late to make it happen inconspicuously. The guy had just arrived to open the shop next door
