Originally built in 1770, this Grade II listed building was once a hotel for the wealthy. Eventually it closed in 2008 and has stood ever since, attempts to renovate it are evident and multiple planning applications have been put forward and refused for a few houses to be built on the land.
it has suffered massive structural damage and a small fire contained in one area earlier this year, with most of the roofs damaged causing water to rot most of the floorboards there were areas that were too unsafe to access.
