Known about this for years, it stands dead across from the Royal Hospital. Converted into a club from a row of Victorian houses it's an odd layout for a club. The main club room is burned out but the bar, committee room and boxing club office were still of some interest, although it took a bit of raking to find things of a decent vintage.
The whole area is a ghetto with the hospital lying in ruins standing in a mass of other derelict buildings and budlia riddled car parks.
