This was pretty much an accidental find. We popped here to see if anyone lived here, on the off chance that it was abandoned.
The previous owner it seemed was using this place as an office where he was looking to develop the land on which this tiny 2 roomed property was sat. First a detached house with detached garage, then 2 agricultural barns and so on, all in all around 6 applications were made on the land to develop/change usage etc. Most have the status unknown or withdrawn, but the application for the agricultural units was granted.
The last date on any paperwork here is 2005, with that being the date of the last planning application.
We found a photo album of a family trip to Disney World and a couple of the rides there, but as of yet haven't found any further information out about the chap.
