You say that about the floors, but if I had a penny for every time I've heard a falling through a mill floor story I'd be rich haha

The floor on the level where the machinery sits is getting really sketchy now, worryingly so. Very soft in a lot of areas although it's still possible to get around on that floor with care.

Brilliant report, nicely condensed down and broken up into a digestible format for what felt like a load of buildings! Does a lot of justice to the site with a nice range of photo types. The engine house was definitely a real highlight. If you look closely you can see a really nice clock...

One of the all time greats. Good to see it hasn't changed much since my fourth or fifth visit at the start of the year.
Yeah it's fared pretty well over the past few years so I'm glad I wasn't tooo late to the party.

Lovely shots here. Fully enjoyed reading this.
Thanks!

Could have waited for you, even if he was nearby on the other side of the country 😁
I would've done but I also went there for the 28 meet and also to see some friends who live out that way, stop trying to get me in shit :p

Yeah it did feel pretty rotten in places and didn't fancy my 100kg+ self going through the floor lol

Classic explore well captured. I second @mookster its only a matter of time vefore someone goes through the floor
Cheers, yeah agreed about the floor, wasn't worth the risk

Cheers mate, I feel like I did well considering I did it all handheld bar the boiler and engine house. Bloody clock :rofl;)
