Report - Turton Roc Post Bolton 2024

Tucked away in the outskirts of a serene golf club is this roc post. Burnt out inside, filled with rubble, wasn't flooded and the steps were solid and well anchored. Lid was propped open when we visited to which we shouted down to ensure no one was sleeping down there.

I didnt realise how rife arson is in abandoned properties, i just cannot see the logic. On the other hand it wasnt showing any signs that it has ever flooded and it was reasonably dry down there.
