The post is in oke condition with the compound being very very overgrown.internally its trashed but has lots of orgional items and both bunks with matresses..its open but appeares to be locked at first sight but its op

Not a single bit of water or damp when i went

I visited this site on 24/09/23 and only water was in a small drain at the bottom of the ladders, been a fair bit more rubbish added since your visit but still in decent condition.
