Might as well weigh in. I personally rock New Balance Hierro trail runners Goretex. Perfect urbex shoe, vibram outsole for grip, breathable mesh upper, Goretex layer saves from wet and it has a decent form of toe protection. All this while still being relatively light, a great pair of shoes very happy with them.

See I bought these but decided they looked horrible since the rear quarter of the sole just looks too big for my opinion. I wear Salomon xt6 now

Yh they’re not the best looking shoes but my fat feet make the sole a bit more manageable and the midsole comfort is elite. XT6s are pretty sweet to though and actually look good, funny how they’re now more popular as streetwear shoes than trail runners now

Yeah definitely mate, I’ll give it to them though they deserve it. Great shoes!!!
