Visited back in April with @Landie_Man & @mookster after the 28 meet (for once I attended, and actually explored something). Fairly chilled and uneventful explore, completely stripped now and trashed in the office areas. I think everyone that weekend ventured through here at one point!

The shortest history ever:

William Rowland Ltd. are metal suppliers with a long history in Sheffield. The company were founded in 1930 by Jonathan Rowland. In 1840, William Rowland became the first company to import Swedish iron into Sheffield for cutlery production. They moved out of these premises in 2020 to relocate to a bigger site in Barnsley.

The worst external shot i've ever taken:

Some nice shots! There wasn't too much to see when I first visited but I've seen the offices have since been set on fire and the whole place has been trashed even more :(

That’s a shame, how bad was the fire? I was hoping to visit in jan but won’t use the daylight hours if it’s been turned into a shell

It was pretty bad, the whole road facing part of the offices was destroyed. There was another office section at the back that was still somewhat intact, but the vandals have done a real number on the place. I suppose the downstairs is still worth a look, some nice overhead cranes

Heartbreaking, I loved the overhead hallway and even though the offices were trashed, parts of them were lovely in my opinion. Supposed something like that was bound to happen soon.

Still may go back as I do love the overhead cranes, I wanna go back as for some reason I’ve always wanted a set of controls for them and they were very clean
