Wow, why have I never seen this before? Some building that, everything is unreal. Shame about the suspended ceiling but even so it doesn’t look too bad. Seriously though what a mega mega building.

It is a great structure but essentially they only had the funds to restore half of it, and the back half hasn’t had the capital invested to finish it. It makes some money out of weddings, events and conferences, but it’ll take a while to complete I think. It’s also opposite Baltic House, which last I heard, was being converted from offices into flats.
Baltic House dates from about 1915, when it replaced 17, 18 and 19 Mount Stuart Square, in a prominent position directly opposite the main entrance of the Coal Exchange. The architects were Teathe…
