A lot of time & dedication went in this lot, during 2 consecutive days
saying that the tram became a useful tool.
There's some nice features along a mainly concrete structure,
including 2 sumps one beneath the canal & another merging with the Trent.

The leen rises at Annesley in Nottinghamshire,
heads south passing through Bullwell, Basford (joined by the day brook) & Radford
merging with the trent at the Meadows in Nottingham
length of about 15 miles.
Theres 14 culverts along the route, many designed by Marriott Ogle
ranging from a few to several hundered yards long.

Good work. I started to look at the Day Brook a bit further upstream a few years back. There was a large mud filled detention pond and potentially interesting looking bits but all looked really low and stoopy so sacked it off.

The Tottle Brook looked like it had potential, have you looked at that?

Good stuff!

Nice to see these done back to back.
Is there much in the way of CSO action in any of those culverts?

The 2 on this thread,
one with chest deep water & another with a 90% closed penstock.
There's some a long the route, 2 open but stoopy
the rest either had grills or caps on them.

Well done :thumb
There's a few bits and bobs on tottle brook, if I remember correctly lady urethra is on tottle brook.
It's interesting to see that the gate is slightly open in beef curtains, I assumed it would only open when the channel filled up.
