Cheers d86; it has a sort of lunar feel to it. The advantages of going for a play on the moors after work and all the light being reflected off the snow in Manchester.

Thanks Horus, I like winter as it gives me the oppertunity to play with long exposure shots after work when working away, roll on summer though so I can start exploring some structures after work

I do quite a few night shots, but rarely light-painting as such. Generally the more standard long exposure, such as this from last night:

Although we also had a dabble running around with hand-held flashes..

I'm waiting to see how my mate got on with his version of the last one. Whilst I was shooting digital at this location, he decided to put his Nikon away half-way through and have a dabble with his 1916 No.1 Folding Pocket Kodak, we have no idea how it will come out.
