Both very interesting and look like a great mooch. Liking the water tower and the pig armoured vehicle. Thought the pig was predominately used in Ireland. Learn something new.

The water tower was a real good example. Yeah your right the pig was used a lot in Ireland during the troubles.

Took my mate around here and we found some new bits. So addimg them here.

First some more blast shelters.

We the spotted from a distance some Stanton shelters. A total of five, but only two were accessible.

Some remains of some old buildings in the woods

Were the Nissen accommodation huts sat. All that remains are a concrete pad and the chimneys with fireplace inside.

Over at Ketteringham Hall was the remains of a latrine block. And what looks like the remains of a pre fab Orlit hut.

Aw it's a really enjoyable wander. It won't appeal to most, but I love this stuff. Oh yeah your love for chimneys so you would love this. It's actually two different chimneys.
