It's only a 10 min drive from where I'm based! This place is next on my list, thanks for sharing!

I'm based 5 mins away mate, everything posted in this report is still doable. It just hasn't been done in a little while that's all. It's a nice little site and progress with redevelopment is a tad on the slow side
