Basically the place has had an asbestos strip so some and of the fixtures and fitting have gone (no cages that i could see) but the dissection theater, tunnels and tower are still there which in reality are the bits to see. Very easy access too but people were inside at one point on Saturday so you have to keep your wits about you a little.
