Can you do that? I mean surely there is a lot more to a place being listed than just someone asking for it to be?

I applied on heritage England for it to be listed, I had to gather information and a reason why it should be listed.

maybe he has changed his tune now the building is listed.

No I was being sarcastic, hes well know for being a complete bastard!
Best serious advice is go early doors & dont get caught!

good to know, I always assumed listing was just something councils etc decided to do & made decisions on theirselves.
I agree this should be listed its certainly a unique structure
