After having a look in the leads section on here (cheers james, also borrowed this external pic as I forgot to do one!)

After looking into the place in an industry paper from 31st August 2006 I got this nugget of info.
Garnett Papers factfile
Managing director David Crighton
Operations director Alan Wilson

Finishing and conversion Otley, West Yorkshire
Paper production Vapi Mill, India
Annual capacity 12,000-15,000 tonnes

Speciality paper manufacturer Garnett is looking at new markets after rebranding under a new company name and recruiting a new top management team.
The firm, based in Otley, West Yorkshire, is now trading as Garnett Papers UK, a fresh venture led by new managing director David Crighton and operations director Alan Wilson.
It was previously trading as P Garnett & Son but dropped the name after the firm was placed into administration on 9 August 2006. Garnett Papers UK, which is a subsidiary of the old company's owner London-based industrial investor Auger Investments, then bought the assets of the firm.
A second paper machine at the firm's £8m Indian mill in Vapi, just north of Mumbai, is currently being commissioned and will allow it to expand its range of papers, which currently includes the Filemaster, Ecoline, Mottled and Alchemy brands.
Garnett's change in structure follows the company's decision a year ago to end paper production in the UK, which former managing director Cliff Barry blamed on a 700% increase in effluent treatment costs.
So it was not going to be a minter but Dempsey and I gave it a go anyhoo.
