This chapel is owned by a local church group who run out of another chapel, they use the front part for community and adolescent clubs! It's not derelict. Hopefully people won't all swarm to it to try get in. @mookster this is the one me and Matt took you to and we got the key from the keyholder in 2022.

I was trying to remember if it was one we had been to as I thought I recognised it :rofl

It looks derelict and I haven’t heard about community clubs being run there, and I wouldn’t be too concerned with people trying to get in

Well I assure you it isnt derelict. I literally got a permission visit here previously. The bit in the front where the MDF boards have been put up and has the sensors and cameras is where they use. They have plans to try open up the loft space for adolescent groups one day! Very big and slow burning plans. But plans all the same. The back room looks so different as it was subject to a fire a few years ago! I've photographed this place twice, both times with permission from the keyholder.

Drummergirl_90 is indeed correct, while the main chapel may be derelict, it's not abandoned. It belongs to the 21st Century Church in Llanelli, I have their contact details myself as we arranged permission to shoot this on two occasions a few years ago.
You will have noticed the entrance lobby has been partitioned off as occasional meetings are held there and they plan to bring the chapel back into use once enough funding is secured.
To my knowledge the chapel was secured and there are CCTV cameras installed inside.

I did see cameras outside the premises and motion sensors, debated whether to go in, anyone checking them can see we just took photos and didn’t break or take or move anything.
Would explain why it’s all in good condition I suppose but if I had known it was not abandoned I would not had gone in.
Shame about the fire but hopefully they can get the church running again
