Similar carry on with a drain in Huddersfield, there's a timber trap into what I imagine will be someones cellar..

The culvert was open at one point in history and then built over with houses and stuff, it was pretty unnerving actually...note to self, return with chainsaw

We bailed from TBT Culvert because of nasty arachnids....

I'll just tag some of my shots on here as its a bit of an unfinished work this one.. I will finish the culvert end to end eventually, probably when the levels are a bit higher and in a boat though! So anyway, 3 pages of replies later and I've managed to sit at my computer long enough to string some pictures together :
