Thank you! And I appreciate the concern but we did a lot of research on how to defend myself. Obviously I wasn’t perfect but with my resources I did quite well, and if I visit again I’ll be bringing coveralls
Anywhere that had a larger chance on fibres, I had my hood up, then the respirator over it or the other way around with the straps closing it off to keep my hair mainly covered. After we finished, I headed to the nearest toilet after wrapping up and binning my hoodie to wash my forearms, ankles and head just in case. I did also have water bottles that I poured on my boots and scrubbed off just in case I was tracking anything else. If you know how to stay safe, id actually recommend it as it’s a hell of a wander!
To be fair i didnt get a photo of it, but in the longer, darker room, all the filters had the words ‘asbestos filters’ marked on the side, whereas the more open side was marked with ‘Kevlar filters’ so I’d believe what the machines and the bags are telling me, so you’re pretty right there
